A Pass Guarantee is made available to candidates purchasing a complete course on the Standard or Premium packages. Courses this applies to include;

Whilst every effort is made by TMF tutors to ensure your success, your final assessment grade is determined by CIM.

In the unlikely event of a candidate achieving a D, E or F grade, a delegate may re-sit the course unit again (when the next scheduled unit is available) without incurring additional tuition fees at TMF (excludes CIM fees). The failed unit must be re-taken within 12 months of the CIM result.

If TMF has recommended a lower level programme and a candidate has chosen to study a higher level the pass guarantee will not be valid.

I have submitted all tasks in full and in accordance with tutor’s instructions

All tasks set by the tutor have been completed to the best of my ability

I have followed my tutors recommendations and made amendments as instructed

My assignment (hard and soft copy) was submitted in the correct format and by the specified deadline

My course fees are paid in full
