UK Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions very carefully. Once you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions you are deemed to have committed to the course programme you have chosen and are liable for full payment of all fees due.

  1. Delegates are responsible for registering themselves for examinations and student membership of the relevant professional bodies (ex MRS).
  2. The Marketers Forum Limited (Hereinafter referred to as TMF) accepts no liability for injury or accident, however caused, while attending a TMF event. Delegates should take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of themselves and others when attending a TMF event as laid down by the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974)
  3. TMF accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property while attending a TMF event.
  4. All fees are payable by the start of a course or within 14 days of date of invoice (whichever is sooner) unless otherwise stated. Non-payment of fees within these terms will result in the delegate being excluded from the course until payment is cleared. Non-payment within these terms will also result in a £75 per month charge until the account is cleared (unless arranged otherwise).
  5. Payment can be made via BACs transfer, Cheque, Credit/Debit cards and Standing Order.
  6. Courses require a minimum of six delegates to run.
  7. Delegate cancellations: If a delegate wishes to cancel a course TMF will make a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Delegates must complete a cancellation from and ensure this is approved by TMF.
  8. Delegate deferrals: Delegates may defer a module free 14 days before course commencement, a deferral application form must be completed and approved by TMF. A deferral request may be approved once a course has commenced only in extenuating circumstances.
  9. TMF cancellations: In the eventuality of a course being cancelled by TMF, delegates will be offered alternatives; if the alternatives are unacceptable delegates may apply for a full refund. A cancellation form must be completed and approved by TMF.
  10. Any amendments to the booking once invoiced will incur a £50 (+ VAT) administration fee.
  11. Course programmes must be completed within a 2 year period from the commencement of the first course unit.
  12. Delegates must attend 80% of the course to submit an assignment or sit an exam. Delegates must adhere to deadlines unless otherwise agreed with tutor and have received full feedback on assignment assessed modules (subject to meeting deadlines). TMF reserve the right to not submit assignments or work to the relevant awarding bodies should a candidate have not met the required attendance and deadlines.
  13. In the event that a delegate’s sponsor does not meet all or part of the fees payable the delegate will be responsible for meeting the balance of any fees due.
  14. TMF will take all reasonable steps to provide the services offered. No liability can be accepted for any industrial action or circumstances beyond our control.
  15. TMF accepts no liability for inaccuracies or errors made by approved book publishers.
  16. Copyright of all study material supplied by TMF during the course remains the property of TMF.
  17. All sales literature and website marketing material is for information only. Whilst every care will be taken to ensure its accuracy no liability can be accepted for errors or omissions.
  18. Every care is taken to ensure the advice and education provided by TMF consultants and staff is accurate, no liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or other expense incurred from such advice.
  19. TMF reserves the right to refuse any booking.
  20. The above terms and conditions will be decided in accordance with English Law.
