Mark has over 20 years of experience working in traditional and digital marketing communications, both agency-side and in-house. He has managed communications and marketing teams as well as worked on solo projects that cover all aspects of digital marketing.
Mark is currently the director of InfoJuice, a web analytics and digital marketing consultancy based in Kent. He works with clients from a variety of industries and sectors including commercial retailers, financial and professional services as well as community projects and start-ups. Projects include digital marketing strategy development and delivery as well as site design and build with an emphasis on performance measurement using web analytics. Mark also works with agencies where they require specialist skills and resources such as web analytics reporting, email marketing and strategy development.
Mark is also an educator and trainer, having delivered both bespoke and public training through InfoJuice and a variety of professional bodies. He is an Associate Lecturer in digital marketing for Manchester Metropolitan University and Canterbury Christ Church University, supporting their post-graduate and undergraduate programmes.
Mark has an MSc with distinction in digital marketing communications where his dissertation examined the impact of the presentation style of web analytics data on business decision-making.
